Resource

A PSHE lesson or separate form time / assembly tutorials looking at online dangers that come with online gaming and skin gambling. The lesson gets pupils to think about their own behaviours before considering why it might not always be easy to stop playing online games when you intend to. It then looks at restrictions put on Chinese children gaming online by the Chinese government and consideration about whose responsibility it is to keep children safe online. It also covers gaming addiction, online etiquette and skin gambling including its risks and consequences.

This is an easy to follow power point lesson (no prior planning, printing or preparation required). The full lesson resource is designed to be delivered as one 60 minute session and the tutorials 20-25 minute sessions each but all of our resources are fully editable and designed to allow sections to be added, removed or changed should you need to do so.

No previous knowledge in the subject area is needed, the lesson is easily deliverable by someone who is not a subject specialist or an experienced PSHE teacher.
